Hi all. This afternoon I put my window-eyes disk in the cd drive on my labtop. For some reason the cd drive just started making this strange radling sound and wouldn't load the cd. So I took the disk out, closed the drive, opened the drie again, closed it with no disk inserted, and got the same raddling soud. Also it did this when I turned on my labtop after a restart. Does anybody know what could be causing this, and if so how can I fix it? Thanks.
